Mobile Data Acquisition Recorder
LMS International (Troy, MI) has introduced the SCADAS Durability Recorder designed for rugged data acquisition in extreme conditions. It is resistant to water, dust, dirt, shock, vibration, and jolts, and offers a combination of strain-based, vibration, and displacement measurements. The recorder complies with MIL-STD-810F requirements. No PC is required during measurement and all acquired data and the conversation formats are saved on solid-state CompactFlash memory cards.
The system includes the LMS SCADAS Smart Control, a Windows Mobile PDA solution that monitors and validates data in real time during and directly after measurements. The recorder can be equipped with a range of universal modules, expanding the system from mobile data acquisition to human body vibration testing, structural and modal analysis, and rotating machinery testing.
